AC Freezer - too close to case?

I'm putting together a home server in a silverstone HTPC case, and I bought an arctic cooling freezer 7 for a celeron D cpu. I'm not going to be oc'ing it, but I have a feeling the top of the heat pipes are going to be very close to the top of the case - probably by a matter of a few millimeters...is that going to be OK? What's the minimum clearance that I need?

ZERO, if they are touching the case it will even transfer some heat helping the cause.

its not a problem if they're close. as long as they dont get liek stratined/pushed sideways when you put the case side on, cause thats bad for the mobo and cooler

Jet would be bad. 500F at idle if not 700F would be bad.

Afterburner at 2500F would be worse.
