AC OFF Gigabyte Fast boot?

I'm using a Samsung 850 evo and I want to use gigabytes fast boot what does AC OFF mean? Do I use normal or fast?

AC OFF Mode:
This option is the same as the Next Boot After AC Power Loss option in BIOS Setup. It allows you to select the system boot mode upon the return of power after an AC power loss.

What does that mean , Will me changing it from normal to fast effect anything I just want fast boot enabled

Is just an option to change your boot settings after a power loss.

With the 850 Samsung it will boot fast anyways.
