AC Origins Low FPS

Hi,

I'm getting seriously bad FPS on AC Origins.

I have tried all different quality settings but the top FPS I get is 25. The only thing that makes a huge difference is the 'Resolution Modifier'. Does this mean anything to you?

any one with solutions?
