AC Unity 3GB VRAM for maximum?

I have a simple question. Do I need 3GB of VRAM (aside from the performance) to run Assassin's Creed Unity at highest settings?

Yes, 3GB will be enough. On 780ti i'm seeing around 2.9gb vram usage while fps is in the 50's, maxed/fxaa.

Whoops I think you misunderstood me. Let me say it like this - will I be able to play AC Unity at highest settings with 2GB of VRAM?
