AC Unity Can i run it?

Can i run AC Unity with these:
AMD FX-7500 quad-core 2,1 Ghz turbo core 3,3 Ghz
AMD Radeon R7 (1Gb) + AMD Radeon R7 M260DX (2Gb)
Ram 8Gb
Win 8.1
Resolution-1920x1080 (default)
I think that I can run it on a lower resolution, but i can't realize how many fps I'll get.
Please help.
