AC3 Lag?

Im getting FPS Drops all the time, i have vSync off.

Specs:

CPU: i5 2500k
Ram: 16GB
GPU: 7870 OC 2GB

Now Far Cry 3 starts lag.. I have 2 versions, on the dx11 version on Far Cry it dont feels smooth, but still 30-40 fps. On the regular version i get like 5-10 fps on cutscenes, but overall its smooth but fps drops every 2-3 seconds, yes i have the right drivers and everything.. My computer must handle it 🙁

Likely there is something running as a task, that is causing the slow down maybe a process in windows that is running or another program set to launch at windows start up.
The way to find out is to have a look in task manager in windows, any suspect program using a lot of cpu time not related to the game you are running could be the culprit.
It may be malware or a virus as the cause, so download malware bytes, do a scan for malware and do a virus scan first see if it fixes the problem for you.

And i have a question for AMD GPU users, what is best 12.9 beta or 12.11 beta? I get FPS Drops in all games with 12.11 beta, is 12.9 beta better?
