Ac4 weird problem

So i have i5 3350p 8 ram 1600mhz kingston 1 tb hdd and gt 640 so i play on 1440x900 with low fps on very low only refleciton on normal and texture on high so its ugly and unplayeble so i optimizated the game in geforce exp still low fps then from nvidia conrtoll panel i chose high performance on everything and now exsept low fps i have lag... why? First of all i think the ram is enough the cpu not sure if you guys can tell me and second the gpu isn't that good but i though it will get at least 40 fps so why i have lag and lwo fps/ is it a virus?

The 640 is a very basic entry level video card. I wouldnt use it to game on at all, maybe very old games. But anything modern will lag even on the lowest settings.

Your gpu is horrible for playing ac4.
Another thing you can try is unparking your cpu. Google it
Download malwarebytes to see if virus. Probably not

Yea since it isn't gtx i should know.. but what about the ram and the cpu?

RAM and CPU are fine for gaming, with any game that is out currently. Replace the 640 with a 750ti if you are strapped for cash, the difference should be night and day.

Hm i though if gtx 770 will i have any problems with this gpu?

Unparking your CPU cores is probably not going to do anything for you since AC4 is a very GPU-intensive game, not CPU-intensive. You're going to have to suffer through unplayable framerates with a GT 640.

I know it wont. But you should always unpark your cores.

Thank you guys i will unpark the cores right now i dunno maybe they are good but i will see and soon i will get palit gtx 770
