accedintly pulled my external hard disk during partition

i took out my old dell hard disk and turned it into an external hard disk so i can take out all my old data....after doing so i was re partitioning it to make it into 1 drive only. i totally forgot about it and was moving my laptop so the cable came out during the process. now when i plug it , it only lights green but doesn't show up at all and no sound is made indicating it's discovered i tried downloading g parted and making a live boot-able USB with g parted but it wouldn't work also tried changing the power cord and trying different laptops neither would work . is it ruined ?

Does the drive show up in disk management or device manager?

If you are able to run command line,

open CMD as admin

Type "Diskpart"

Then "List disk"

Does the drive show up there? If so, what does the status, size, etc say?
