Acceptable i5-4690k Temperature

So I have just build my (first) PC to day. After entering BIOS to check that the GPU is working as I have not received Win.81 yet . My BIOS tells me that my CPU is at anywhere between 36-41.
So as the title suggest, is this a good temperature?

*Other Info*

- CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo.
- Stock Speeds of 3.5Ghz
- 2 Intake fans
- 1 Exhaust
- GPU: Palit GTX 970 (Stock clocks from Palit)

the actual temps that the system is running at may change after you are in windows. the temps that it shows in bios are still within a good operating temp.
