Access denied for c drive.

Hii,
While i was trying to delete or open the downloaded files, i am getting an error like

C\: access is denied. Can anyone help me to get rid of that error.

Did you disable the Indexing on your drive?

No i have not disabled it.

Indexing the drive has no effect on whether you can access it or not. Indexing simply allows windows to display search results quicker while searching the drive.

It sounds to me like a permissions issue. Is your account administrative or user level? Did you change any settings or install something right before you encountered the issue?
