access denied on iomega copy job

Ever since I upgrade to windows 10 I have had intermittent issues with my iomega I2-200 NAS drive.

I have some copy Jobs that back up various directories. These have been operating intermittently. It appears to be a permissions issue.
Currently when trying to set up (or edit and existing) copy job I get the following message

Access to 'User-PC' is denied

I am using the windows file sharing protocol.
As far as I can see the sharing settings are all set

The copy jobs no longer run, and I can't write new ones. I think it coincided with a windows 10 update at the start of September.

Having lost patience, I created a new user specifically for the Iomega network drive, with its own access and passwords.

Not everything works!

I suspect the problem goes back to the windows 10 installation, then subsequent updates. When it was installed, the old user details disappeared, I suspect they are lurking somewhere within windows itself.
