Question Access Denied Website

I started Express VPN to connect to a website, which worked. A few hours later after disconnecting and connecting again, I get the error:

Access Denied, you do not have permission to access this site.

When I turn off Express VPN, I can access the site. There seems to be an issue with the VPN.

Can anyone let me know how to access it with VPN? I deleted cookies, I removed some extensions, I don't have proxy on. I use Windows 10

It is very common that you see sites that will block access from VPN ip blocks. Could be someone did something they did like and they blocked a IP. Maybe try a different data center on the vpn network maybe it will work since there are different IP used.
