I messed up my computer. Before I was able to End Task this very annoying Svchost.exe (netsvcs) in Performance Monitor which always downloading something and using up all my internet speed. Now, I am getting ACCESS DENIED when I try to kill it. Disabling BITS won't do either. I hope you could help me out.

Many things can cause that issue.

On older versions of Windows, Windows update caused this issue and stopping the service fixed it, but at some point you had to enable and just let it do its thing(takes a while, but does calm down).

You may have to use services.msc to try to track down all the services using netsvcs and try switching them off one at a time to find the one that is being a pain.
That would probably be due to the fact that netsvcs plays a part in enabling your computer to use the Internet properly. Without that service, you'll probably wind up with some issues during web browsing and/or online gaming.

There's gotta be a way to temporarily disable it like I always do. End the task on performance monitor. I need a fast internet now but I can't browse or play my games because it is eating up all my internet speed.
