Access denied when trying to delete file.

I've been trying to delete this one file from my pc. Its an addon for a game. I tried using cmd and it says access denied. When I try to delete the folder It says you need admin permissions. I click continue and it says I require permission from my own account.

All to easy to have admin permissions get a bit jumbled up.

Using your system's admin account go into File Explorer and find the folder in question. Drill down into the properties and settings and reconfigure the access rights as necessary to regain control of the folder.

I have fixed it , just had to download a program called Lock hunter to unlock the file. Turns out that igfmex module was locking it for some reason.
