Access denied

I'm a real amateur, so please bear with me...

After installing SP2 on my laptop (Sony Vaio) access is denied to one of my
2 (wireless)networks printers, an HP 2175. My other printer (lexmark Z33)
presents no problem to the laptop.

I also have no problem printing locally to the HP. Nor do I have a problem
printing to the HP remotely from another desktop connected by wireless.

The laptop printed perfectly before SP2 to this computer. Now, I can't
remove the icon because of "access denied". Suggestions?

It sounds like you need to update the driver of your printer.....go to the
hp site (support) and look for new drivers. As well I would check any
firmware update for your wireless server.
