Hello, I have changed the permissions for the access of files and folders in the security tab of given in the properties of the Hard Disk Partition. Now I other users of the same computer cannot access the drive or make changes there. I tried hard to solve the problem but the output is "Access Denied". Any way to make this permissions to its default(or The normal state which it was) . I was trying to make it so the other account didn't have access to download anything. Now, it's preventing admin as well. I can't go back and change anything nor can I do system restore. HELP !?I basically am not admin anymore. I cannot install anything , run task manager and access my local disk. Please help me.Windows 10

What drive did you change the access to? Was it C drive?
Who did you remove access from? if it was TrustedInstaller or System, I don't think you can return the access.

Windows really shouldn't let people change the owner on C, its suicidal if you take over control of the drive as the only way to fix it is a fresh install of win 10. You can't give it back once you take it away. I don't know why you lost admin rights but its probably a side effect. I wish there was anoither way,

If I am right, and it was C drive, you will need to use this to access any files you want to save on C drive: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

copy everything off the hdd you want...

copy everything off the hdd you want to save as if PC had win 7 on it before, you may have to wipe the hdd to get win 10 back on.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second.
Boot from installer and follow this very detailed guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
