I need help accessing the Netflix app on my Toshiba smart TV using a universal remote control. Toshiba no longer offer tech support for their television products.
What is your problem, exactly?
- you cannot get to Netflix app using "universal remote"?
- you cannot navigate it?
And I don't think Toshiba are to blame, it's (most probably) your "universal remote" which does not fully emulate the original remote. Have you tried getting an original remote?
