I just recently upgraded a computer from Windows XP to Windows 7 (32-Bit Home Edition). As soon as Windows starts I get the Access Violation Error. It will repeat until I go into Task Manager and stop the MHotkey.exe process. The PC came with a Wireless Mouse and Keyboard. Both seem to work fine. I have tried searching for the MHotkey.exe file but have not been able to find it. I have run a virus scan just to make sure and have not been able to find anything. Does anyone have an idea for me to try?

You can remove it as hotkeys supposedly will still work without it.

As administrator:
Win key+R >regedit >HKLM>Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version>Run and delete the mhotkey.exe process.
