Accessing Advanced BIOS setting on a HP Pavilion HPE h9-1215t

I have an HP Pavilion HPE h9-1215t, with ROM Family SSID 2AD5 BIOS, running on Windows 7. I would like to be able to make advanced changes to the BIOS settings, i.e. enabling XMP, clock settings, etc., however the only settings I am able to access are very simple (security, power...) does anyone know how to access more advanced setting with this type of BIOS?

Its an OEM pc (HP, Dell, Compaq....) They ONLY have limited bios so that you CANT make changes which might damage the system.

Yeah - I was worried that might be the case. Is there a 3rd party solution? and if so, any recommendations?
