Don't know if this is the right place to ask the question - but here goes. I recently bought an HP 9795c (1.4 GHz P4) and I can't seem to get into the BIOS. The command according to HP is the F1 key, but I get no response. I also can't boot into Safe Mode using the specified F8 key. I'm using Windows Me and the keyboard is a USB device. On a whim I substituted the USB board with my old Gateway PS2 style keyboard and it works with no problem. Anyone have a suggestion (besides getting rid of the whole system)?
The HP techs suggest FDISK and reload which I'm not looking forward to.
