Hi folks. Any additional info you need in case you want to help me I will provide them all.

I have a Router Ubee EVW32C - it has dual channels one with 2,4ghz and the one with 5g connection all under the same default getaway. I've been dealing with some problems with my connectivity on video-games, problems with NAT Type, generally on PS4 and my phone. The first time I logged in on the default getaway I accessed it just by using the Log-In button w/o the username or password. Now when I try to log in it asks for a username and password which I wasn't prompted to create after my first login.

My backside of the router doesn't give me any additional info except model ID, but no default log-in credentials. Is there a way for me to access those settings? I tried searching online for some router log-ins but no luck.

I haven't flipped the router though.

Please help me, thanks

Your ISP has no idea what Username and Password on are your router.

They may know the factory default settings but I would be quite concerned if their customer support was simply telling every caller with some problem to reset the router to factory defaults.

If the router is yours then simply do a factory reset, create a new Username and Password, and reconfigure the router to your requirements.

Basically start over as if the router was brand new to your network.
Someone has changed the router's default username and password.

You cannot access the router's administrative menus without entering in the current username and password.

Which will remain intact and in effect barring a factory reset the router to the default username and password values.

And I suspect that you do not wish to do that...

Who has full admin rights to the router? That is the person who can help you.

I will assume you looked up the common default userid and passwords.

Most modern routers require you to set the userid and password to something unique when you first set them up. After Asus got in trouble with the FTC for not doing this and all the other vendors now pretty much require you to change the defualt.

If nothing else you do a factory reset on the router and then try the default ones.

Well obviously I am the owner of it. I accessed it first using the default getaway. But I wasn't promted to make an entry credentials after my first login.

Calling ISP would be good at this point to be honest. I called them before so that they solve my problems and they always respond with a ''problem with the server'' or something like to it. Factory resetting it might fix my problems for me.
