accessing the phone connected PC

I have connected my office computer by dialup connection directly, but I
couldn't access the data or files in the connected PC. Pleas help how can I
access the data and transfer files or receive files?

Your trying to connect two PC’s using a dial-up connecton directly
between then? Well, it’s not imposible, thats how a Internet Dial-up
connection works, only thing is it’s very difficult to do. Your
better off just buying a couple of £5 100Mb network adapters and a
cross-over cable.
