Accessing VPN from Europe

Hello guys I have a question concerning accessing a US based VPN server from Europe.

I am traveling to Europe for a couple of months and I wanted to access my company's network as if I was at home in the US. I am trying for my IP address to look like as if I was connecting from the USA and not Europe though and having it appear as if I was working from the US.

Is there an easy way for the our network admins to determine where I am connecting from and block that IP address.

Would using SurfBouncer solve this?

It is necessary to change your ip address to use vpn for europe. You should to make some customized settings in your router options to get uk ip address.
