[SOLVED] Accessing zip folders media files

I am using windows 10. How can I get to the media folder where the compressed files are in zip?
the medai folder is inside the word folder and contains the small file size I am looking for.
When i open the zip file it only shows the compressed files, not the menu with .rels, customxml, docprops, and word folders.

Try a double click via File Explorer.

If a double click is not doing what you expect then please provide more information.

What error message or pop-up windows appears when you cannot get there [media folder]?

Uncompress that .docx to its own folder, and set File Explorer to show hidden / system files.
