Accidentally bought OEM, what do I do?

While building a PC, I bought OEM windows 10. What happens if I made a PC using it?

it would pretty much be tied to the motherboard on the computer.

Meaning that if motherboard breaks or you want to upgrade it, you are at the mercy of Microsoft either agreeing to it or having to buy a new license for new motherboard.
