I forgot to change the PSU on my cyberpower pc when i ordered it. I heard the standard 80 plus certified psu can fry your whole PC and cause other parts of the PC to stop working. Is this true? Should i change the PSU before they build and ship my PC or upgrade later?

Don't worry too much about it. As long as you bought it new and it's under warranty, you're perfectly covered. If you want to upgrade it, you can easily, frankly I would anyway if you use a system a lot, as the efficiency of those PSU's typically are not great. If you don't, don't worry about it. If they provided it, it will cover your power draw and you've always got warranty.

If you can change it before it ships, do so.
If not, change it later.

"Warranty" from CyberPower entails sending the whole thing back, for an unknown period of time.
