Hey guys first time posting here and am desperate for help. I was useing mentest86 to see what was wrong with my pc haveing blue screen. From the look of the test I think one of my ram is faulty. I said there were 65k+ error reports and one confirmed error. When the test was done I went to my bios to change the boot to whatever it was before. Guess I was wrong don't know what I am choose but now the moniter stays black and when I boot the pc it turns on for about 20 seconds and then shuts off and restarts over and over again. Please guys I need your help let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you very much in advance.

Solution
Try one stick at a time in the proper slot.
Usually, you need to repeatedly hit del or f2 to get into the bios.
You will not get that far without at least some good ram.
If no luck, buy another kit that is supported for your motherboard.
Check the ram web site to verify that what you buy is compatible with your motherboard. Not all ram will be compatible.
If you know which stick of ram is bad, remove it and put in a good stick.
You should not get into bios unless you have at least one good stick of ram inserted in the proper slot.
Read your motherboard manual to see which slot to use if you have only one stick.

Be prepared to rma the whole kit.
Ram vendors will not warrant multiple sticks not from the same kit.

Here the thing I ran the memtest and i know it's my ram but not what stick but when the test was over I had to go to my bios and I don't know what I clicked but now whenever I boot the pc it's turns on for 20 seconds and then shuts right off and the screen is balck the while time. I spam f11 witch is for my bios but nothing happens it just keeps trying to boot its self then after 29 shit off and then reboot non stop. Are you sir whist replacing the ram will sovke the issue
