Question accidentally converted a foreign disk to basic

hello good people once again, I inserted my sata ssd into my laptop but it read as foreign disk, I accidentally converted it to basic and it now reads as unallocated hence I can't access the data inside, is there away I can access data from it before I assign it new letter because if I go ahead Windows will want me to format it in order for it to be seen, I used to access files on harddisk when in the Windows installation page using notepad in the command prompt, can I use that method here to access the files in this harddisk that I converted to basic, that would mean me having a flash drive with Windows inside which I have, thanks in advance for your response

foreign disk usualy means, that drive was part of raid array, converting foreign disk to basic disk would mean all data are already gone and drive being ssd wont hep with data recovery either
