Question accidentally deleted administrator user account-Help?

I somehow deleted my Admin User Account, which just leaves me with 1 Standard account, so this limits what I can do re changes etc.Can anyone explain how to enable ( or whatever the term is) the automatic admin. account thats apparently available in win 7, so I might be able to use that?
