[SOLVED] Accidentally deleted driver, cannot boot now

So I had been constantly getting a BSOD with the error code: IASTORE.SYS
I then uninstalled the device driver ( in the hopes of updating it to a new one later on) and was met with a bsod, now I can't boot up.
Any solutions to help fix this other than going for the windows reinstall? I've got files on there I want to keep 🙁

Plug that drive into another computer (not boot) and you'll be able to view the files on there so that you can back up everything you need. Once you do that wipe the drive and reinstall windows.

You just need a working PC and a pendrive and a considerable net speed
You can create a bootable pendrive (Google it for more info) and then repair your Windows using Windows restore (Troubleshoot> Advance option> System Image Recovery ). You don't need to reinstall Windows.

I have never gotten windows to actually repair errors... always and never fails.

Safe mode boots with a minimal set of default drivers.
See if you can boot in safe mode.
