Accidentally deleted hard drive

I have a 1 TB drive with four partitions and I need to get those back. I tried EaseUS which did not work, I'm trying Remo recover and its searching loss partitions I'll include a screenshot working in Windows 10

How did you delete the partitions?

When I was in disk manager I clicked on the drive and click delete, I had hooked up an external drive which I thought that was it but I was mistaken

EaseUS Partition Master 12, I'm trying out the testdisk right now. It's just taking a while to scan which is okay

Now when I run AEMOI I get this image, so I run the partition recovery Wizard that once it scans it does not give me an option to select the drive


It also happens when I use EaseUS Partition Master


I'm running testdisk right now to see what it comes up with
