accidentally deleted temp and tmp variables how can i restore them ?

windows 7 64 bit

Right-click My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Environment Variables button > Click New, TEMP is C:\indows\TEMP TMP is same thing.

There are also user variables if you deleted those, both point to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
