[SOLVED] Accidentally deleting both HDD partitions

So I was going to clone a relatives HDD onto an SSD to speed up their laptop, however it kept failing so I removed one partition, went to extend the larger one to fill up the rest of the drive. Saw 15gb wasn't attached to the rest so went to delete the partition but it ended up deleting both the 15gb and the remaining 300gb. Are there any options to bring this data back. I am unsure if the documents were majorly important but I don't want to lose it just in case. Any free software to use? I've tried many all day and had no luck at all

-- EDIT --

Saw a piece of software on another post called DMDE. Attempted a scan but am now getting a winError 1117 I/O error...

I have other drives to recover to thankfully, however I am getting a 1117 error regarding I/O errors? is there any way to fix this?
Attempting to clone and getting that error indicates a failing source drive.

From where I sit, you and that drive have gone too far down the road to recover.
The drive was failing before you started.
Then, continuing without a good backup of any critical data just made things worse.

What recovery software products have you tried?

Have you backed up any remaining data? If not do so immediately.

Verify that the data is recoverable and readable.

-- Freeware --

EaseUS:

https://www.easeus.com/datarecoverywizard/recover-lost-partition.htm

Free version permits 2 GB of recovery.

Recuva:

There may be other product suggestions via other posters.

I have tried: Wise Data Recovery, ICareData Recovery Pro, Recuva, PC Inspector File Recovery and possibly a few more.

There is no data at all to backup as it was all on the one partition which was unfortunately removed... Most software that I have used can find the missing partition but costs an arm and a leg to use just to get 100gb of the data back.

Is there any way to get any of the data back off the drive so that I can clone the remains of it using Macrium onto the SSD I just bought?

And you can't clone parts of things.
An individual partition, maybe. If and only if it were fully readable. Which, in this case, it is not.

I'm going to have a go with the autopsy software and if that doesnt work then I'll have to call it bust. All this effort because I wanted to extend my volume by 15gb...
