Accidentally did Factory Restore wrong on Gateway S305D-S59222

So I have a super slow Gateway and I wanted to fix it so I did a factory restore with the system restore thingy and i finished but it says Installing Sysprep - Factory Mode... 50/50 and its stuck like that ive waited like 2-3 hours and I searched up how to do it on Gateway and its different
