I accidentally extracted an installation folder for Microsoft Visual C+++ 2008 into my Local Disk Directory. Now the area where Program Files and Users are stored is filled with install.exe and install.res.1031.dll etc.. I need help figuring out which of these files can go straight into the recycle bin and which shouldn't. I am only looking to delete the files I accidentally extracted, not folders that aren't necessary.

Thank you for any and all responses.

Solution
All files (ignoring folders) can be removed, any critical system files are hidden by default, and looking at your screenshot, none of those files are part of the bootup/windows/necessary files for system
