Accidentally hit cl cmos!

I accidentally pushed the cl cmos button on the back of my new comp (msi z77a-g45 motherboard) whilst poking around blindly.. And the pc was still on. Stupid I know. Now I can't boot (display shows nothing when the computer is turned on). Can't get any video at all from the on board graphics or from the card I installed.. What do I do?

turn it off and clear it again ?

turn your system off
do not press power button
clear it again
press power button
go to BIOS
Select default settings or set thiongs as you wish
exit and save
Your PC should now working as usual
