Basically I left the top case cover on for only 30 minutes.

I have the airflow on my pc set as intake from the front and outtake from the back and top, I have a 360mm water cooling System, cpu cooler with radiator, 3 120mm fans at the top.

I only just built the pc so am kinda worried I could have damaged something, should I not be worried as the cover was only on for 30 minutes?

Probably not many of you dumb enough to have experienced this, hopefully people will just post to tell me to stop whinging, it's fine.

Your airflow wont have been as good, but it wont have killed your rig, dont worry about that.

Likely if its a full system watercool your GPU will have thermal throttled, but your CPU (unless you were benchmarking?) will have been fine.

Yea it's optional but isn't it dependant on how you have your airflow? Since my cpu coolers fans are outtake and fitted at the top wouldn't that mean no warm air is being sucked out if the cover is on?

No. The air going in from teh other fans will find it's way out.
