[SOLVED] Accidentally Received a RTX 2080 FTW3 instead of a 1660 super I paid 200 Dollars For!!!

Hi guys, I'm in a fortunate predicament where I just received an insane GPU for 200 Dollars that has a 120% Benchmark. So now I am having an crazy GPU Bottleneck because of the fact that my build is 5 years old and not that good. I want to know the parts that can best use the full potential of this GPU at a lower/mid price because It would be a waste not to upgrade!

My Specs:
CPU: i5 6600k that cannot overclock because of my Motherboard... Stock CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus H110m-k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2133mhz 2x8gb
Disk Drives:Samsung SSD 860 EVO 250GB and WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 1TB
Power Supply: RockSoul Highpower 600w - Model:HPG-600BR-F12S

Quick question where did you buy this GPU from because if they accidentally sent it to you they could ask for it back?

Anyway I would upgrade the CPU+RAM+Cooler

Maybe Get i7 7700k+16GB Ram 3200mhz And Good Cooler!

It was an amazon warehouse where I purchased a used 1660 Super. I guess that was the "Used 1660 Super" they were selling

You're a lucky person if they sent you a 2080 instead of a 1660 super. If they do not ask it back from you soon you're the owner of a 2080.
