Accidentally skipped a standoff

I have an MSI Gaming 5 ATX motherboard. I built my PC (first ever) two days ago, and it runs great. But I just noticed that I didn't put in the middle standoff for the motherboard. Will this hurt my PC in any way? Do I need to put the standoff in right away?

This is my first build so I'm really nervous and picky about stuff breaking or getting damaged. Any help is much appreciated.

A couple of missing standoffs is no big deal.
The only thing that will hurt the pc when it comes to standoffs is if there are extra standoffs installed where there are no holes on the motherboard.
It's not entirely a big deal when you skip a stand-off. It is more detrimental when you add an extra, as it can short out the motherboard. I would, of course recommend putting it in, if you get a chance. As to how urgent it is, it really depends on where it is. If it is around your CPU socket or discreet graphics (anything with some weight, I would do it as soon as possible. If not, I'd say at your leisure. Myself? I would do it immediately, but that's just me. Good luck and Merry Christmas.
