Accidentally touched thermal paste

I accidentally touched the thermal pastre on my cpu fan. Do I need to change the paste?

Ideally, yes.
However, unless you smudged it all around its probably fine. (assuming a new cooler)

you should be fine using it as long as its still able to spread in between the cooler and cpu properly. If you have thermal paste laying around you might as well redo it though, in theory it could raise your temps by a few degrees.
