Accidentally Uninstalled Integrated Graphics Help

Here is the story... I was trying to fix this error code on minecraft called code 43 I guess i had to do something and followed the wrong step and uninstalled my graphics. Display Adapters aren't there anymore and I am freaking out. I have tried on links that were given to help but those were from like 2013. I need help. Thank you!!

I am so sorry I have an acer espire e15. With a 13-7100U and Intel Integrated graphics 620. I have windows 10. FYI i have figured out the problem kinddaaa. I went to an older update from 2016!! But my computer is way slower and I get an error message if I go to a more recent update. Thank you.
