Accidentally Uninstalled MSI Radeon R7 370 From Device Manager/ HELP

I built my pc a while ago and since I've had it I have not been able to get my gpu to work not even once. My Build:
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H-A Micro ATX LGA1150
CPU: Intel core i3 4170 3.70 GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB DDR3 1600
Graphics Card: MSI Radeon R7 370 GAMING 4GB
Power: Corsair CX 850W
OS: Windows 10

I've tried quite a few things as far as resetting BIOS, clearing CMOS, downloading gpu drivers, downloading individual MOBO drivers, disabling onboard graphics, uninstalling onboard graphics, uninstalling gpu drivers, reseating gpu, etc. I'm unable to try the gpu on another computer because I do not have one available. At one point the gpu could be located in device manager but it had error 12 and would not display anything, I would just get a black screen. After uninstalling gpu drivers the graphics card is no longer detected in device manager and I can't seem to find a way to get it detected again. Any ideas or thoughts would be super helpful.

There should be a setting in your BIOS to alter which GPU is used as the active on boot (onboard or PCI-E). Regardless of this though, your GPU should be recognised and appear in device manger upon installation and the Microsoft basic display driver installed for it until you install the crimson driver, so it sounds to me like there is an issue with you card.

Unless you have a mate who will let you install your card in their PC you're going to struggle to diagnose the problem but the device manager error 12 suggests the following (from MS support site):

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. (Code 12)

Right but as I said it was in device manager but I thought I could get it to work by uninstalling and reinstalling the driver through device manager but after I hit uninstall I couldn't find it. I tried clearing CMOS resetting BIOS, taking it out and putting it back in, etc. Also BIOS is set to use PCI-E. And when I got that error I tried disabling the onboard graphics but nothing changed.

What BIOS version are you running? The latest (depending on what revision board you have) for the Rev 1.0 board is F2. You could reflash your BIOS and see if this gets the board to recognise your card but be careful and read up on exactly how its done...flashing to an incorrect BIOS can brick your mobo so you do this at your own risk.

It's F2 and I know i'm reluctant to try it for that reason

No whenever I try to plug my monitor into the gpu I just get a black screen.

I assume you have the PCI-E 6 pin cable connected from your PSU to the GPU? Beyond this I'd suggest RMA'ing the card...

I do. I also went through the RMA process and recently got the gpu back. This is why I turned to the forums.

Any way you can borrow a.n.other GPU....just to test the PCI-E slot on your motherboard? As I say, installing any GPU should allow it to be seen in device manager and the OS will install the default MS basic display driver. This way you can confirm the motherboard is OK.
