I Factory Reset my pc and mid way through I accidently unplugged my pc and now it won't boot up properly, when I try to restart the pc it take me to a pop-up that says "Install Windows: The Computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows Installation cannot proceed. To instal Windows, Click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation" I've constantly clicked it and it keeps taking me back to the same pop up

Reinstall the OS fresh, as in a clean install. How you're trying to install it will not work, you'll simply need to start fresh.

Perhaps next time back up your data before something like this. Not sure if/what you use already, but you may want to consider a tool like Rollback Rx or Macrium Reflect.

You need to do a clean install of Windows 10. If you need any help one of the fine fellows here can assist you.

Sorry but i'm not to familiar with all this stuff, but how would I reinstall the OS fresh

You'll need a USB flash drive (at least 8GB), and another computer with an internet connection. Go to the link below to download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool. It will download and set up a Windows 10 installer on your flash drive. Plug that into your faulty system and boot from it. Follow the on screen instructions to begin the install:

Instead of that, I would highly recommend that you DOWNLOAD the ISO file and use Rufus to create an installation USB stick. The success rate will be better.
