Accidentaly removed a Volume now I can't get onto computer (windows 7)

My sister asked me to clean her old school computer and they had made volumes on one drive and I acidentaly removed on of the volumes wich aparently had the profiles and other things on it! Now I can't get back onto the computer I've tried recovering from safe mode , but no luck! Please help me!

Try running TestDisk, it may be able to restore the deleted volume/partition.
