So i was gonna download something from adfly iT Saïd i had to give permission to a website to send me notifications so i did later on i realized iT was wrong but didnt do anything with it so a little later i got a pop up of a website update or Some in my Google right side i accidently Clicked on iT and as soon as the website loaded i Clicked iT away . What am i supposed to do am i infected with malware or not?

Push notifications, while generally really annoying, are not infections in the general sense of the term. You can turn them off as well in your web browser. Exactly how depends on the browser in question. For example, see:

https://duckduckgo.com/?q=chrome+turn+off+push+notifications

I have no idea what antivirus or security suite you're using, but any of these should find an infection if it is of the virus class - run a scan and see what turns up (or doesn't). If you suspect malware then I'd download and run either Malwarebytes or Zemana Antimalware. If you suspect adware then
AdwCleaner - Free Adware Cleaner & Removal Tool | Malwarebytes
is a good option.

Just clicking on something, while it can cause an infection to download, certainly doesn't always do so.

Might consider having someone download a Linux Mint 19 Live CD onto USB flash drive for you.... just for surfing, if nothing else..

So equipped, you are on a virtually infection-free OS and can surf worry free... ! Nothing you click by accident will do anything other than , at the most, give a pop-up.... :)

As for a website that promises that you will 'get paid to share your links'....you are likely almost certain to get a few unintended 'gifts' from links contained therein...

If sticking with Windows, and a tad prone to being 'click happy', I'd sure get a good popup blocker such as Ublock Origin...

Alright so right now there is no chance of my pc having a risk of having malware on it? From clicking that link

Amen.

Also, if you're "a tad prone to being 'click happy'" you need to promptly train yourself out of being so.

Quietman7, a security expert who is an active contributor on Bleeping Computer, has written extensively on what you (any you) need to do to develop safe interaction habits with cyberspace. The following four are, in my opinion, must-reads:

Did not say that, unfortunately...; nothing is certain, it depends on the complexity/ingenuity of the coders of the malware on whatever sites you clicked on, and, the effectiveness of your AV.

As long as you are not being plagued by popups even at safe websites, and nothing new shows in programs or browser extensions, and nothing new in task manager eating up CPU usage...you might be OK.

When in doubt, a quick run in CMD line with MRT (Malicious Software Removal Tool) or Defender, and, perhaps a pass with Malwarebytes Antimalware are never bad ideas...

Search your browser(s) for any unwelcome additions in the form of extensions/add-ons, which can fill /flood a user's computer with redirects and popups in truly fabulous fashion, yet, often not even be noticed by Malwarebytes. (I experienced this one personally on my elderly mother's system a month or two ago...; Malwarebytes would remove hundreds of junk detections ever few weeks, but, the 'popup happy train' remained until i removed the browser extensions manually, at which point all such behavior stopped)

And stay out of questionable websites that bombard you with crap. Free movie sites, free MS Office patches/hacks, free whatever, Torrents, free game 'patches'/cheats....many such websites will increase risk of malware/crapware/ spyware/or outright hacks exponentially, and, many practically guarantee it...

Ye i scanned with adware from malware bytes. It found adware.pokki and one PUP i ofcourse iT got deleted right away and nothing suspicious is going on with my pc for now so i Should be good

you can check browsers for add-ons/extensions, Malwarebytes Antimalware, task manager, process explorer, auto-runs, and, if you see no further popups...well, proceed with the usual cautions.

When in doubt, nuke and pave...it's good practice, and, with a USB installer and an SSD destination, takes only 5 minutes to reinstall Win10 fresh.... .
