Accidently merged HDD with SSD?

Hey, I have no idea what I am doing.

So before I did this fresh windows 10 install, I had a C: local disk anda D: disk. Now, after the install, all I have is a C: disk with its storage + the old D: disk storage.

A little context:
My asus laptop (https://www.asus.com/sa-en/Laptops/ASUS_VivoBook_S551LN/specifications/) has 1TB storage with SSD. When I first bought it years ago, I thought I had 750gb HDD and 250 SSD and that they were divided in the D (hdd) and C (ssd) disk. So I only used the " ssd disk" because it's the local disk and that I thought everything would run faster. Fast forward to 5 minutes ago, I find my laptop specs online, to see that it was all a lie and that I have something called a 24GB ssd cache?

Fast forward to now, fresh install is done. I only have a C: disk. I think i deleted all the partitions and made them all unallocated and then pressed new on one of them to install the OS. I think that's where I fucked up.. This might be confusing (because it sure is to me), but have I really imagined a 250gb ssd for the last 4 years? Or do SSD and HDD have nothing to do with C: and D:? Because right now, I'm worried because my C: disk is 999gb (used to be 250 or something) and no D: drive show up. Do I have to be worried? Have I merged the SSD and HDD? Does any of this make sense?

Anyways, here's a picture of my screen. http://imgur.com/YzJKBCF
Where is the D:. Why is the C: much bigger than it used to be. Why is disk1 shown as RAW. That's scary, it did not use to be like this.
Please help me, it is the end of the semester and everything is distressing.

The disk size etc is normal

What you had before is a 1tb drive partitioned into two partitions - 250gb & 750gb.

The ssd cache showing as raw I'm by so sure about.

Follow the Info here, this guy had exactly the same issue.

OK, so I guess that's something that was stock, decided by the manufacturer when I bought my laptop. Thanks so much man!
