Well .. I've tried Disk Checking , Optimizing and defragmenting all my Disk . Everything just seems fine.
There's no Bad Sector in any of my disk.
I've also tried Installing BIOS from UEFI BIOS Menu. [Nothing Changed]
I could only boot into my windows By Turning Off the SMART Test and Boot Override.
Loading Optimal Settings in BIOS Doesn't Work.
Any Idea how do I fix this ?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

When the button was pushed the CMOS settings were returned to their default values.

For the most part, you will need to go into BIOS, reset the configuration to the last working values, and then save those values.

The key document for doing so in the Motherboard's User Manual.
