[SOLVED] Accidently removed my permissions from reg editor

I was playing in the reg editor to try and resolve some issues I was having.

And I have accidently locked myself out from the explorer, when i try to open anything it states I do not have the correct permissions. I cant access settings or anything it has to be done through run

Does anyone know any fixes for this?

Yes...you recover from the full export of the Reg you created before you started down this path.
If not the Reg backup, then the full drive backup of your C drive before you started this.
If not that, then a Restore Point.

Lacking all of that...you are looking at a full OS reinstall.
You have seriously borked up your OS.
