Acemagic usually doesn't use the latest and greatest CPU/APU for their products, so a 12th gen isn't surprising to see.

I wonder how well the main hinge fair in the long run. They are new to laptops and hinges are one of the hardest things to get right. And they've doubled the weight.
That is an interesting folding mechanism. I'm sure it protects both screens, but it looks clunky to use when pulling it out of a bag on an airplane.
 
Ok so when the Laptop is closed and switched off, Screen B faces outwards? Seems like its gonna get scratched or cracked.

no, it faces inwards, so both screens are facing each other.
That's why it would be a pain to use as regular laptop in a confined space, like an airplane seat.
