Hello,
i have run a alt + f10 restore to factory settings and then it goes through the process and says press ok to restart computer and then it just sits there with a flashing cursor on a blank screen once it restarts. does anyone know what to do here?

If nothing happens when you start to load windows, then something happened to the Boot Manager

Insert the installation disk, boot to that, after you select your language, select repair, which is in the bottom left corner. Then repair the OS that's messed up
